What is the purpose of the Loyalty E-zine?

  • To help you get more business and more referrals year-round by staying in touch and keep your name in front of your contacts
  • To bring compelling and uplifting articles to your readers as a refreshing break from the industry news and promotional emails your competition sends out
  • To provide you with an effective and efficient tool to build relationships without having to spend time creating your own e-newsletter to set you apart from your competition
  • To enable you to receive immediate feedback from your database contacts

How can I get free months added to my 12-month subscription?
You will receive one free additional month for every person you refer to us who signs up. Your first 12 months will be billed to you and your free months will be added after that. We truly appreciate your endorsement.

When will the first Loyalty E-zine be sent once I sign up?
The Loyalty E-zine is sent out on the second Tuesday of every month. If we receive your contacts before the 25th of the previous month, your newsletter will go out on time.  If we receive your contacts after the 25th, we will wait until the second Tuesday of the following month (about a month and a half later) and begin your payments then.

How often can I add to my database?
Once a month, you can email us with names you want to add.  We do require that the new information is sent to us before the 25th in order to be included in the next newsletter. We will send you a montly reminder to let you know when any changes or updated database names need to be to us.

How do you customize the Loyalty E-zine to promote my brand?

  • Your picture or logo will be at the top
  • Your name/email address will be included as the sender (your contacts will be able to respond directly to you.)
  • Your contact info will be listed in the intro paragraph
  • It will have a link to your website in the side
  • We will include two web links to industry-related information/articles, testimonials, links to your centers of influence or links to social media sites that you are on
  • We also encourage you to customize your own call-to-action, something to inspire your contacts to respond or take action.  For example:
              Offer a free consultation
              Add a coupon
              Include a special notice of an event/class/workshop/tradeshow/contest

How do I avoid spamming my database?
The first issue will address that your contacts are receiving the first of an inspiring monthly newsletter that you’d like to share with them. If someone prefers not to receive the email, there is an unsubscribe option at the bottom of the email.

Will there be referral requests in the content?
Every couple months, there will be a reminder, for example:  “Thank you for recommending me to others you care about. I appreciate your trust and promise not to disappoint.”

What if someone contacts me and would like to be removed from my mailing?
You can let them know there is an option to unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.
