There is a second version available: a word document version of the Loyalty E-zine that includes the introductory paragraph and the 2-3 articles of the month (NOTE: we do NOT include anything listed from Question #2 above – that’s up to you). You can do whatever you want with this content. The advantage is you can personalize it even more and that you’re completely responsible for it. The disadvantage is you’re completely responsible for it (!) – organizing it, scheduling it, writing parts of it may not be the best use of your time or skills. It won’t have quite the same professional look unless you create your own web template. For a small consulting fee ($295/2 hours), we are happy to talk you through how to do that. It will still be up to you to schedule the time to do that each month.
