Once/month you can email us with names you want to add. We suggest you wait until the second week of the month. We do require that the new information is sent to us by the 15th. Please avoid waiting until after that because we cannot promise to get your database updated in time for the next publication. We will however send you a reminder email on the 7th of every month to help you remember.
