COMMENTS FROM HAPPY LOYALTY E-ZINE CLIENTS

I love the articles and I continue to get a LOT of feedback that is very positive and I have
seen a dramatic increase in referrals and traffic, as people are talking and forwarding this around.
I have had NO UNSUBSCRIBES to date.

In the last 6 months, my business has exploded and I think this newsletter has played a significant
role in staying in touch with my clients and giving, FIRST, to them …and being grateful for what I
have and the roles people have played in helping me get where I am today. Thanks Matt.

We tried to produce and send our own emails and it was difficult, we were inconsistent with our
“mailings” and never new what to write about, and it was just one more thing we had to add to our never
ending to do list.  The Referral Authority has relieved us of this task and we have had a
great response from our customers.

I have been sending out Matt Anderson's email newsletter for well over a year and have been
very happy with the feedback from my customers.  Not only do they appreciate the coupons but
they actually read the material and tell me how well the topic related to their life. I am able add
links to other peoples website from the newsletter and help others to grow their businesses as well!
I would recommend this worry free option on staying on the mind of your customers!

COMMENTS FROM HAPPY READERS

Normally, like I am sure most, saw this newsletter and said…”uhhh, another pitch to sell me.”  For the first time the
words in the subject line “some monthly inspiration for you” caught my eye. I LOVED reading this letter and want to
thank you for sending it.  We so often get caught up in all the drama around us that we never stop and think about
if we were just to change our perceptions we could achieve so much more!
THANK YOU for your powerful  message
today.  It kicked started me more so than my coffee.

Thank you for the inspiring email!  I, just like you I'm sure, receive many newsletters via email.
We even send one of our own.  But yours is the one I actually open and read in full every month.
I even print it and keep it pinned to my office wall, just for a pick-me-up on a difficult day.

This is a really good newsletter. Got a lot out of it. Thanks, much useful and inspirational material.

What a great surprise!!!!! Super way to stay in the publics mind and with good inspiring words and thoughts.
If we can make it this year it'll be FANTASTIC.

Thanks for the note - I look forward to the others. It’s always exciting in the New Year to set
new goals and try to establish better habits.

Love the inspiring words... I truly believe all that was said!  People shouldn't be blaming the economy for their
business being slow.....your thoughts control how your business will run if you can condition yourself for
change........it is the law of attraction!! Thank You.

Thankful is such a small word to express all the goodness we do have in this Country!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!

Thank you for the fun newsletter!  It inspired me to make a phone call I have been dreading for several days.
Unfortunately, I got the person's voicemail - but thank you for the inspiration to make the call!
Some tasks are simply more daunting than others....

"Really appreciated your inspirational newsletter.  It is good to look at the larger picture.  We are worried about a
banking melt-down while millions are holding their critically ill and dying children in their arms.  Most of us in
Madison are so well off (as uncomfortable as we may be on any given day) when seen in the context of the rest
of humanity, whose lives are every bit as valuable as our own."

I was happy to read the selections you sent.  Such remarkable people.  I
especially love the expression of "grace under pressure."  Thank you.

While football doesn't have much relationship to the overwhelming courageof the people in Prime Minister
Brown's book, it was still good to see thePackers win last night with their new quarterback.
He needed courage in his own way too."

I like this! I just skimmed it and decided to print it out and read it on the bus ride in to work.
Should help the day start much better! Keep me on your list!

I absolutely LOVE the emails! Thank you so much for sharing with us.  I print them off and put them on my fridge.

Thanks for the newsletter – it gave me a much needed boost to try what I've had bouncing around in my head.

Thank you for sending that out!! It truly is inspirational and I know it brightened my day and made
me think about a lot of things and positively!

I just wanted to comment on your monthly newsletter and how much I enjoy and appreciate it.  I print it off and take it
home with me so that I can contemplate the contents outside of the work environment.  Great job!
